These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Jaambo ("we," "us," or "our"), a cloud-based phone service operated at jaambo.app. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Jaambo provides cloud phone numbers that you can use to make and receive voice calls (via WebRTC), send and receive SMS/MMS messages, receive voicemail with AI transcription, and share a personal call link. The service runs entirely in your web browser — no app or SIM card is required.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Jaambo. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent service limits.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
Phone numbers provisioned through Jaambo are leased, not owned. If you cancel your subscription, your number will be released after a 30-day grace period. Number portability (transferring your number to or from another carrier) is subject to carrier availability and may take 5-15 business days.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Jaambo depends on third-party infrastructure (Telnyx, cloud providers) and internet connectivity. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by factors outside our control, including internet outages, carrier issues, or force majeure events.
Jaambo is not a replacement for traditional phone service. Our service does not support calls to emergency services (911, 999, 112, etc.). Do not rely on Jaambo as your sole means of communication. Always have access to a device that can reach emergency services.
The call link feature (jaambo.app/username) allows anyone with the link to call you from their browser. You are responsible for managing who has access to your call link. We are not responsible for unwanted calls received through your call link.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your service remains active until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your phone number enters a 30-day grace period before being released. We may terminate your account immediately for violations of these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jaambo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Jaambo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of Jaambo after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Jaambo shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
