Jaambo ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Jaambo cloud phone service at jaambo.app. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our service.
When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials. If you subscribe to a paid plan, we collect billing information through our payment processor (Stripe).
We collect information about how you interact with our service, including browser type, IP address, pages visited, and feature usage. We use Google Analytics to understand usage patterns and improve our service.
When you select a phone number during account setup, you are asked to provide explicit consent to receive SMS/MMS messages by checking a consent checkbox. You may only receive messages after providing this consent.

You can opt out of receiving SMS/MMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. To opt back in, reply START. For help, reply HELP or contact us at support@jaambo.app.
Your mobile phone number and associated information collected through our SMS/MMS messaging program will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We only use your mobile information with our telephony provider (Telnyx) as necessary to deliver messages to you.
